In that time I’ve worked internationally as a room leader in a Sure Start Centre, a nanny to two amazing boys, a manager and an Operations Manager for a London based nursery group and a Childcare Consultant. For more than nine years I’ve worked as a Childcare Trainer, my aim is to inspire staff to be the best they can be to ensure the best start for our children.
After seven years working as a childminder and caring for many children with special educational needs and disabilities, I made a move into Nursery Management in 2011. First working in medium sized rural Nurseries until 2014, when I moved into teaching at a Further Education College. I joined Busy Bees in April 2015, firstly as a Nursery Manager and then as a Regional Trainer.
My qualifications are quite diverse and include Childcare, Safeguarding, Business, Management, Special Educational Needs & Disabilities including Makaton, Workplace Mediation and I am currently studying towards a Masters Degree in Early Childhood Studies.
