Jenny Berry

Hi I’m Jenny, I’m one of the Regional Trainers for Busy Bees Training Academy. I have worked in the childcare sector for 12 years and have had many roles within that time ranging from Room Manager and SENCo to Nursery Manager; I have also provided classroom support in a primary school too. I joined the Busy Bees Training Team as a Training Officer in 2012, a role which I feel privileged to have. I thoroughly enjoy all aspects of my job role from delivering the short courses to recruiting new learners, embedding functional skills and supporting learners across all areas of their framework.

My role is so very rewarding as it allows me to support learners to gain the skills and confidence they need to be able to provide quality childcare. It’s also great to be able see the learners use the skills they have gained to help them go on to achieve their goals and aspirations.
