"I am passionate about children's safety, mental & physical well being and supporting all children to learn and have fun. I believe that for babies and children to be fully supported in the Early Years Foundation Stage they should experience daily quality interactions and relationships with their Key Person.

In recent years this has meant researching, writing and delivering training courses about Special Educational Needs & Disabilities, Safeguarding Children including Designated Safeguarding Lead & British Values/Prevent Duty.

I have a first class Masters Degree in Childhood Studies, a level 6 in Business Management, a Level 4 SEND qualification, a level 4 Business qualification, hold an ACAS Level 3 certificate in Workplace Mediation, Level 3 in Safeguarding Children and am currently studying towards an Masters qualification in Special Educational Needs Provision alongside a Makaton Trainers qualification"
