The Busy Bees Training Academy’s ‘Greens to Gourmet’ Cookery Challenge in association with Luke Tipping, Chef Director at Simpsons.
Calling all Year 9 and 10 Food Technology students in Birmingham and the surrounding areas!
Busy Bees Training Academy is giving you the chance to put your culinary skills and creativity to the test.
Choose one of two mystery bags, filled with fresh seasonal ingredients, and create your own tasty dish.
The winning dish from your school could make it all the way to the finals, where your skills will be put to the test by a panel of judges including Luke Tipping from one of Birmingham’s top restaurants, Colin Diamond, Executive Director of Education at Birmingham Council, Paul Fulford, Birmingham Restaurant Critic.
The winning young Chef will win a day with Luke Tipping at the Simpsons Cookery School and a £50 Amazon Voucher.
Final to be held at Harborne Food School 18th October 2017.
