We are pleased to announce that over 90% of our learners are likely to recommend us as a learning provider to friends and family, as revealed in a recent independent survey.
A report into learner satisfaction, released in May 2016 from the Skills Funding Agency, showed that 91% of respondents said that they would be likely to recommend Busy Bees as a learning provider to friends and family, with almost 40% stating that they would be extremely likely to.
The report also revealed that we scored an impressive 9 points out of a possible 10 when asked how satisfied participants were with us as a learning provider, and given an overall score of 8.8 when they were asked about the quality of teaching they received while on the training programme.
Training Manager at Busy Bees Early Years Training Academy, Fay Gibbin said: “We are thrilled with the results of this survey and the consistently high scores that we recorded across all of the categories. We are incredibly proud of our training team, who show a real dedication to providing the best experience for our learners and we look forward to building upon this success.”
The Skills Funding Agency is an executive agency, sponsored by the Department for Business, Innovation & Skills and supports over 1,000 colleges, private training organisations, and employers by providing £3.7 billion of funding each year.
